- Born on September 19, 1990, in the village of Dubove, Kovel district, Volyn region. Graduated from the general education school in the village of Dubove, Kovel district. Served mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Worked in Moscow (Russian Federation) and Kyiv for earnings. In 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served in the 51st Separate Guards Perekop-Kharkiv Prague-Volyn Order of Lenin Twice Red Banner Order of Suvorov and Kutuzov Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2331, city of Volodymyr-Volynskyi, Volyn region). From spring-summer 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 21, 2014, Senior Soldier Omelyanyuk was killed while performing a combat mission in the area of the urban-type settlement Starobesheve, Donetsk region. On August 30, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Dubove. On June 3, 2015, a memorial plaque was opened for Andriy Omelyanyuk on the facade of the general education school building (10 Pryshkilna Street) in the village of Dubove, Kovel district, where he studied.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
