- Born on September 2, 1975, in the city of Radomyshl, Zhytomyr region. In 1990, he graduated from the 8th grade of secondary school No. 1 named after T.G. Shevchenko in Radomyshl, and in 1992 - from the Suvorov Military School in Minsk (now Belarus). In 1992, he entered the Odessa Institute of Ground Forces. In 1994, he transferred to the Kharkiv Guards Higher Tank Command School named after the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which he graduated from in 1996. From 1996 to 2001, he served as a tank platoon commander and company commander in a military unit in the city of Feodosia, Autonomous Republic of Crimea. From 2001 to 2004, he was the chief of staff of a tank battalion in a military unit in the village of Perevalne, Simferopol district, Autonomous Republic of Crimea. From 2004 to 2006, he studied at the National Defense Academy of Ukraine (now the National University of Defense of Ukraine named after Ivan Chernyakhovsky, Kyiv). From 2006 to 2009, he was the commander of the battalion of the 30th Separate Guards Mechanized Novograd-Volynskyi Rivne Red Banner and Suvorov Brigade of the 8th Army Corps of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409, Novograd-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr region). From 2009 to August 2010, he served in the 8th Army Corps of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Zhytomyr). From 2010 to 2012, he served in the 101st Separate Guard Brigade of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0139, Kyiv). From 2012 to July 2013, he served in the 72nd Separate Guards Mechanized Chervonograd-Kyiv Red Banner Brigade of the 8th Army Corps of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2167, Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region). From July 2013 to May 22, 2014, he served in the Combat Training Department of the Command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since May 22, 2014, he has been acting commander of the 51st Separate Guards Mechanized Perekop-Kharkiv Prague-Volyn Red Banner, twice Red Banner, Suvorov and Kutuzov Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2331, Volodymyr-Volynskyi, Volyn region). Since May 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 29, 2014, Colonel Pivovarenko was killed during the exit from the Ilovaisk encirclement through the so-called "Green Corridor" near the village of Horbatyenkо, Starobeshivskyi district, Donetsk region. On August 30, 2014, the body of Colonel Pivovarenko, along with the bodies of 87 others killed in the "Ilovaisk Cauldron," was brought to the morgue in Zaporizhzhia. He was buried as an unknown soldier No. 3191 at the Kushuhum Cemetery in Zaporizhzhia. Identified by DNA testing. On July 22, 2016, he was reburied at the Lukyanivske Cemetery in Kyiv. On December 6, 2016, a memorial plaque was unveiled in the city of Radomyshl on the facade of the building of Lyceum No. 1 named after T.G.
