Aliesia O. Baklanova (Mala)

Born on January 11, 1999, in the village of Karavan-Solodky, Markivskyi district, Luhansk region. Graduated from the general education school in the village of Karavan-Solodky. With the onset of hostilities in Eastern Ukraine, she led a volunteer movement at school to weave nets for the front. Since 2016, she studied at the Starobilsk College of the Luhansk National Agrarian University, majoring in "Technology of Production and Processing of Livestock Products," and in January 2018, she transferred to part-time study. Since the beginning of 2018, she served under contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. She underwent training at the 184th Training Center. She held the position of a shooter in the 1st mechanized battalion of the 92nd separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since May 2018, she participated in the Joint Forces Operation in Eastern Ukraine. She served in the area of the cities of Marinka and Avdiivka in Donetsk region. On October 14, 2018, she was buried in the cemetery of the village of Karavan-Solodky, Markivskyi district, Luhansk region.
