- Born on February 16, 1968, in the village of Pilny Olexynets in the Horodok district of Khmelnytskyi region. Lived in the village of Zhylintsi in the Yarmolynets district of Khmelnytskyi region. Graduated from the Zhylintsi secondary school and medical college. Worked as a nurse. At the beginning of 2015, mobilized as a volunteer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a sanitary instructor in the 44th separate artillery brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit V1428, city of Ternopil). From February 8, 2015, participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Call sign "Fortuna." Rescued many wounded servicemen from the battlefield. On November 18, 2015, around 13:15, near the village of Hrechishkyne in the Novoaidar district of Luhansk region, the driver of a "KAMAZ-55111" vehicle crossed into the oncoming lane and collided with a military vehicle "KRAZ-6622-02," in which soldiers were traveling towards Severodonetsk. As a result of the accident, the passenger of the "KRAZ-6622-02" vehicle, sanitary instructor senior soldier Vovk, who was in the cabin of the vehicle, and a passenger of the "KAMAZ-55111" vehicle were killed, while seven other soldiers and the driver of the KAMAZ were injured.
