Anatolii M. Chufarov

Soldier Anatoliy Chufаrov was killed on September 1, 2022, while carrying out a combat mission near the village of Ternova in the Kharkiv region. On August 10, the defender turned 35 years old. Anatoliy was born in the village of Novostavv in the Volyn region. He received secondary education in a rural school. He worked on construction sites. In 2015-2016, as part of the 79th separate air assault brigade, he took part in the ATO in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Later, he returned home and to civilian work. He was married and raised two children. He always cared for his family and strived to provide his loved ones with the best. In July 2022, the man again took up the defense of his country from the Russian invaders. This time, Anatoliy joined the ranks of the 14th separate mechanized brigade named after Prince Roman the Great. He held the position of senior grenade launcher squad leader. "Anatoliy was a brave and courageous person. He knew that he was protecting his state, two small children, his wife, his mother... The best father, loving husband, son, comrade, brother-in-arms... He missed many important events in his life: the birth of his daughter, the first school bell... And how many different events he will never see again... Anatoliy set an example of a true Ukrainian, a courageous defender! Because he gave the most precious thing - his life! It is difficult to convey the pain of the loss...", said the wife of the deceased, Anna. The serviceman was buried in his native village. At home, he was awaited by his mother Svitlana, sister Mariya, wife Anna, daughter Yevheniya, and son Markv.
