- Born on December 19, 1979, in the urban-type settlement of Velyka Korenyha in Mykolaiv District, Mykolaiv Oblast (since 1996, the settlement has been part of the city of Mykolaiv). He studied at secondary school No. 23 in the city of Mykolaiv (urban-type settlement of Velyka Korenyha). After finishing the seventh grade of secondary school, he lived with his family in the city of Mykolaiv. He graduated from secondary school No. 10 in the city of Mykolaiv and the Mykolaiv Railway Transport Technical School named after Academician V.M. Obraztsov (now the Mykolaiv College of Transport Infrastructure of the Dnipro National University of Railway Transport named after Academician V. Lazaryan). He worked as a carpenter at the shipbuilding plant named after 61 Communard in Mykolaiv. Later, he engaged in entrepreneurial activities, trading at the market. He was a member of the public formation for maintaining order "Zakhyst" in the Leninsky District of the city of Mykolaiv. In January 2015, he was mobilized as a volunteer into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He underwent military training at the 235th General Military Range "Shyrokyi Lan" (military unit V3416, village of Ulyanivka, Mykolaiv District, Mykolaiv Oblast). He served as a senior sapper in the engineering-sapper platoon of the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2167, city of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv Oblast). Since March 2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Call sign "Svitlyachok." On November 10, 2015, a group of servicemen, including soldier Likharchuk, was ambushed by an enemy sabotage-reconnaissance group during reconnaissance near the village of Hranitne in Volnovakha District, Donetsk Oblast. During the battle, Anatoliy Likharchuk was killed, detonating a tripwire. On November 13, 2015, he was buried at the Alley of Glory in the Central City Cemetery of Mykolaiv in the village of Mishkovo-Pohorilove in the Zhovtneve (since 2016 - Vitovske) District of Mykolaiv Oblast.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
