- Born on March 23, 1974, in the village of Shepiivka, Kalynivka district, Vinnytsia region. Graduated from high school, then from Vocational School No. 4 in the city of Vinnytsia (now Vinnytsia Interregional Vocational School) with a specialty in "cable splicer." From 1992 to 1994, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in a military unit in the city of Zhytomyr. After the army, he worked as a driver in the collective farm "New Life," taking care of horses and transporting goods. Then he was a dispatcher in the city of Kyiv for a long time. In the winter of 2013-2014, he was at Maidan Nezalezhnosti in Kyiv, where he was an active participant in the Revolution of Dignity. From August 29, 2014, to 2015, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine under partial mobilization. He served in the 54th Separate Guards Reconnaissance Battalion of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2076 (field post V2803), in the city of Novograd-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr region). During 2014-2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. From March 15, 2016, he served under contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a rifleman-assistant grenade launcher of the 2nd platoon of the 9th company of the 3rd battalion of the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1302 (field post V2830), in the urban-type settlement of Cherkaské, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region). Since 2016, he again participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Call sign "Faryk." On February 15, 2017, at about 23:05, Junior Sergeant Farisey was killed during combat duty from shrapnel wounds to the head as a result of a mortar shelling by the enemy of the platoon stronghold in the area of the village of Krymske, Novoaidar district, Luhansk region.
