- Senior soldier Anatoliy Bohutskyi was killed on December 30, 2022 near the village of Chervonopopivka in the Luhansk region. During the performance of a combat mission, the mortar crew of Ukrainian soldiers came under enemy tank fire. The soldier received fatal explosive injuries. On December 8, he turned 43 years old. Anatoliy was born and lived in Kremenchuk, Poltava region. He stuwas killed at school No. 14. Then he obtained the profession of an accountant at the Kremenchuk Vocational and Technical School No. 6. He worked in various fields, was engaged in entrepreneurial activity for a long time. He was a jack-of-all-trades: he knew about construction, electricity, car repair. He loved to spend time with his family and friends. Everyone said: you won't find better shashlik than Tolik's. When the full-scale war began, the man went to the military enlistment office without hesitation to protect his loved ones from the invaders. Anatoliy joined the ranks of the 95th separate airborne assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He held the position of senior mortar squad commander of the 13th battalion. "My husband was a truly good person. Kind, cheerful, courageous, a caring father, a loving husband, a reliable friend, the soul of the company. Family was always the top priority for him. He was an example for his sons. It was for our protection that he went to defend his native country from the enemy. We had a lot of plans that, unfortunately, were not destined to come true. They say that time heals, but not for me. The pain of loss torments my soul every day. For us, he will forever remain our Angel, our Hero. Tolik is forever in our hearts," said the wife of the fallen. The defender was buried on the Alley of Memory of the Svishtov cemetery in his hometown. At home, Anatoliy was awaited by his wife Lyudmyla, sons Kuzma and Makar, relatives and friends. The soldier was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage of the III degree.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
