Anatolii P. Semeniuk

Defending Ukraine from the occupiers, on August 12, 2022, Sergeant Anatoly Semenyuk was killed. The warrior received a fatal explosive injury near the village of Yegorovka, Volnovakha district, Donetsk region. He was forever 51 years old. Anatoly Semenyuk was a native and resident of Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region. He received his secondary education there. In 2014-2015, he participated in the ATO. In peaceful life, he was a foreman at the Interpipe Niko Tube enterprise. Since he worked a lot, he had almost no free time. He was responsible at work, dedicated himself to it, for which he was respected and loved in the team. Anatoly loved nature and animals, especially dogs. In May 2022, he joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 24th separate assault battalion "Aidar" of the 53rd OMBR. Together with his comrades, he defended the eastern direction of the front. "A brave, sensitive, attentive, beloved husband and son," Anatoly's wife Natalia said. "On the pipe processing shop at TPC-7, Anatoly worked for 25 years, over 15 of them as a shift foreman of the primary pipe processing line. The collective of the shift treated their linear manager with respect. Anatoly was repeatedly awarded with factory and company awards for professionalism and exemplary work," colleagues from Interpipe noted. The hero was buried on the Alley of Glory in his native Nikopol. At home, Anatoly's mother, wife, relatives, friends and loved ones were waiting for him. The warrior was posthumously awarded the Order "For Courage" of the III degree.
