- Senior soldier Anatoliy Korytko was killed on March 3, 2022 during the defense against Russian occupants in the city of Bucha in the Kyiv region. On March 19, the warrior would have turned 26 years old. Anatoliy was born in the village of Musiyky in the Kyiv region. He graduated from the Kyiv Vocational Energy Lyceum, where he obtained the qualification of a 3rd class welder. He worked as a master in the repair of agricultural machinery at LLC "ASTRA-TREND". In his free time, he loved to fish. He was interested in technology and its repair. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the man immediately took up the defense of his country and native Kyiv region from the invaders. Anatoliy joined the ranks of the defenders. He was a senior machine gunner in military unit A4790. As part of one of the first groups of the Azov-Kyiv TRO, he went into battle. "He was the best, and the damned war took him from us! We will always be proud of his deed and will do everything so that Ukraine remembers its Hero who gave his life for our bright future! Energetic, purposeful, always smiling, despite any failure, he always remained positive. He confidently moved forward, overcoming any difficulties. He never refused to help anyone. When he didn't like something, he always said it to his face. When the full-scale invasion began, he took up arms without hesitation and fear and defended his native country! Otherwise, he simply would not have been able to..." said the deceased's sister Viktoria. The national guardsman was buried in his native village. Anatoliy left behind his parents, sisters and brother. Anatoliy Korytko was posthumously awarded the "For Merits to the City of Bucha" and "For Assistance in the Defense of Kyiv" decorations.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
