      3rd separate motorized infantry battalion (24th separate mechanized brigade)
      Killed in action on June 22, 2019, after detonating an explosive device in the area of responsibility of the observation post "Bandera," near the village of Olenivka in the Volnovakha district of Donetsk region. Intense enemy shelling of this area made it impossible to conduct an operational evacuation of the body, so the brigade command had to appeal to the SCCC and OSCE, whose representatives requested a 3-day ceasefire so that the search group could find the deceased.
