- Soldier Andrii Fedorov (call sign Bars) was killed on January 6, 2024, as a result of a hit by an enemy FPV drone while performing a combat mission near the village of Vasiukivka in the Donetsk region. The warrior was 36 years old. Andrii was born in the village of Bylylivka, Zhytomyr region. He lived in the settlement of Irshansk. He studied at the Vinnytsia Polytechnic College, specializing in "Operation of heat engineering equipment and heat supply systems", and obtained the qualification of a heat engineer. He first worked on the railway, and then was an electrician for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment at the nuclear physics department of the central laboratory of the Irshansk Mining and Processing Plant branch. After work, he moonlighted - he assembled furniture, installed kitchens. He did it well, and customers were satisfied. He devoted his free time to his children and wife. He loved to travel, relax in nature, and receive guests. He was passionate about cars. During the full-scale war, the man became a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 30th separate mechanized brigade named after Prince Kostiantyn Ostrozskyi. He held the position of driver-radio operator of the unmanned aerial vehicle squad of the reconnaissance and adjustment company of the strike unmanned aerial vehicle complexes. "Andrii was an extraordinary person, the best caring dad, a beloved husband, a devoted friend. He remained in the heart of every person he met. He was very wise, kind, hardworking. He could do anything, he did his work 100%. He knew how to love, to rejoice in life, and devoted the maximum time to his family. He was special," the wife of the fallen fighter said. The warrior was buried at the Irshansk cemetery. Andrii is survived by his wife Olha, daughter Kateryna, son Yurii, and sisters Natalia and Tetiana.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
