Andrii F. Lyhun

Lihun Andrii Fedorovych was born on April 6, 1961. He participated as part of the limited contingent of the USSR during the war in Afghanistan. In 2000, he retired, leaving military service. He worked at a chemical plant abroad. Since 2017, he has participated in the war in eastern Ukraine. Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he has been at the front line. He served in the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo. He died on March 8, 2022 near the city of Popasna in Luhansk region.
