- Military serviceman Andriy Kobylyansky (call sign Koba) was killed on April 21, 2022, in a battle with the occupiers near the village of Novobakhmutivka in Donetsk region. He was 46 years old. Andriy was born in Vinnytsia region. He graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs in Kyiv. For 27 years, he worked in the prosecutor's office. He was a senior justice advisor. He retired with the rank of colonel after serving his years. In his free time, he loved to actively relax and travel around Ukraine. He was fond of cars and gardening. Wherever he lived, he loved to put things in order, not only in his home but also in the yard around. During the full-scale Russian invasion, Andriy joined the 110th separate mechanized brigade named after General Mark Bezruchko. The retired colonel became a simple soldier and took the position of BMP commander. "Andriy was a fair, honest, kind, loving man and father, a good son. He loved his family very much. He treated everyone equally, regardless of their rank. He helped many people at work, loved order everywhere. He had a clear position and was not afraid of anyone. He was very principled. Wherever he worked, he was an optimist, believed in the best. Always congratulated his colleagues on holidays. Everyone respected and valued him. He was an example for his sons, who are very similar to Andriy. When he received a summons on March 2, he went to the military commissariat without hesitation, and the next day he was already drafted into the Armed Forces of Ukraine...", said his wife Oksana. Andriy was buried in the city of Zhmerynka in Vinnytsia region. At home, his mother Nadia, brother Ruslan, wife Oksana, and two sons, Valentin and Danylo, were waiting for him.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
