Andrii I. Dorosh (Sosed)

Soldier Andrii Dorosh (call sign Susid) was killed on March 18, 2023, while carrying out a combat mission near the settlement of Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region. The warrior was 38 years old. Andrii was born and lived in Chernihiv. He studied at the local secondary school No. 35. Later, he graduated from the Chernihiv Polytechnic University with a degree in "Accounting". For a long time, he was a carpenter. In recent years, he worked as a long-haul driver. He traveled all over Europe and Ukraine. During the full-scale war, the man joined the ranks of the local Territorial Defense Forces. He served in the 167th battalion of the 119th separate brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He held the position of driver. "This was a man with a capital letter. Cheerful, joyful. Always positive. The best friend, husband, and son," said the deceased's wife, Kateryna. The defender was buried in the Zabarivka cemetery in his native Chernihiv. Andrii is survived by his parents, wife, and brother.
