- Senior soldier Andrii Pylypchuk (call sign Natsyk) was killed on January 22, 2023 in a battle with Russian invaders in the Kherson direction. The warrior was 26 years old. Andrii was born in the village of Kordelivka, Vinnytsia region. He studied at the local school. Then he graduated from the mechanical department of the Kalynivka Technological Professional College. Later, he decided to connect his life with military service and signed a contract with the National Guard of Ukraine. After completing the contract, he continued his service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the full-scale Russian invasion, the man fought as part of the 131st separate reconnaissance battalion. He held the position of combat vehicle commander, squad commander. In July 2022, the military was awarded the medal "For Military Service to Ukraine", in December 2022 - the Order of Courage of the III degree. And already posthumously - the Order of Courage of the II degree. "Andrii was kind, sensitive, never left anyone in trouble. He was a reliable support for his family and friends. Always smiling, honest, purposeful, hardworking, courageous, ready to defend his country and each of us. Andrii was faithful to his comrades-in-arms, his people and his Motherland until his last breath," said his sister Kateryna. The hero was buried in his native Kordelivka. Andrii is survived by his parents, sister, niece and beloved girlfriend.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
