      Andrii Oleksandrovych Kharkiv was born on January 23, 1994, in the city of Zaporizhzhia. He is a graduate of the Zaporizhzhia Academic Lyceum "Perspective". In 2016, he graduated from the Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations of PNU with a degree in Political Science. He was the head of the operational department of the OZSP NGU "Azov". He was killed on March 23, 2022, during the defense of the city of Mariupol in Donetsk region.
