- Born on July 11, 1991, in the village of Hoholiv, Brovary district, Kyiv region. Completed 9 grades of general education at Hoholiv village school, and in 2009 graduated from Zghuriv Professional Lyceum (town of Zghurivka, Kyiv region). Served mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a senior driver in the 93rd Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1302 (field post V2830), town of Cherkaské, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region). Since the fall of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On February 14, 2015, the vehicle driven by soldier Topikha came under mortar fire from Russian-terrorist groups near the dam close to the village of Opytne in the Yasynuvata district of Donetsk region. As a result of the shelling, the serviceman was killed.
