Andrii S. Tebeshevskyi (Kovboi)

Serviceman Andrii Tebeshevskyi (call sign Cowboy) was killed on August 25, 2023. During the fall of a shell in the village of Cherneshchyna, Kharkiv region, he pushed his comrade away, and was himself struck by the blow. Andrii was 25 years old. He was born in the village of Saltytsia, Zaporizhzhia region. He studied in the village of Oleksandrivka, Dnipropetrovsk region. In civilian life, he worked as an installer at the specialized enterprise "Budzviazok". During the full-scale invasion, he held the position of a reconnaissance soldier in the 43rd separate artillery brigade named after Hetman Taras Trasylo. He was awarded the "Combatant's Cross" badge. His comrades and command spoke well of him, he always diligently carried out all tasks, had strength of spirit and great faith in our victory. He wanted to live in a free country and build a bright life. He very much wanted to live and raise his little son, his wife Kateryna said. Andrii was buried in the village of Oleksandrivka, Dnipropetrovsk region. The defender left behind his mother Olena, sisters Varvara and Svitlana, wife Kateryna, son Dmytro, and two children of his wife: Anhelina and Ivan.
