- Senior soldier Andriy Bondar (call sign Roben) was killed in action in battle with Russian occupiers on June 28, 2022, near the city of Lysychansk in Luhansk region. The defender's life was cut short by enemy artillery fire. The warrior was forever 26 years old. Andriy Bondar was from the village of Zahreblya in Vinnytsia region. In 2013, he graduated from Kordelivska school, where during his studies he actively participated in competitions in various sports. In 2015, he obtained the profession of a builder at Vinnytsia Higher Professional School No. 7. In his free time, he loved to play football. He began his military career in 2016, signing a contract with the National Guard of Ukraine. Since the fall of 2016, he participated in the ATO, for which he was awarded the medal "Veteran of the War". In 2019, he created a family with his beloved, and in 2020, a daughter Dominika was born to the couple. Andriy met the full-scale invasion of the enemy in Donbas, on the front line. From the very first day, as part of the 14th brigade of operational assignment (military unit 3028), he stood in defense of the Motherland. In June, he heroically defended and protected the Azot plant in the city of Severodonetsk with his comrades. "A loving, caring father and the best son of his parents. A patriot who loved his country and gave his most precious - his life", - said his wife Anastasia. "He was very sincere and cheerful, loved children, always helped everyone. Andriy had many friends, and everyone couldn't believe that he was no longer with us. This is a great sorrow for all of us. He is a Hero to us", - added his younger sister Angelina.
