Andrii V. Bykovskyi

Soldier Andrii Bykovskyi died on November 23, 2023 near the settlement of Kurdiumivka in the Donetsk region. While carrying out a combat mission, he sustained a fatal shrapnel wound. In October, the warrior turned 37 years old. Andrii was from the village of Yaryshivka in the Vinnytsia region. He studied at Vinnytsia Vocational School No. 5 as a welder. In peacetime, he worked as a welder at one of the enterprises in Vinnytsia. During the full-scale invasion of the Russian invaders, the man joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and went to war. He served in the 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Knights of the Winter Campaign. "In our memory, Andrii will forever remain kind, sensitive, and polite, and he will live forever in our hearts!" said his relative Maria Pidlesniuk. The defender was buried in his native village. At home, Andrii was awaited by his mother, sister, son, relatives, and friends.
