Andrii V. Dolynskyi (Tykhyi)

33-year-old paratrooper Andriy Dolynskyi (call sign Tykhy) was killed on April 30, 2024 in the area of the village of Ternyi in the Donetsk region. While carrying out a combat mission, he received fatal injuries during an enemy artillery barrage. Andriy was from the city of Horodenka in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. He graduated from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management and obtained a master's degree in law. For 2 years before the full-scale invasion, he worked in France, doing repairs. In his free time, he loved to read. With the beginning of the full-scale war, he returned to his homeland and volunteered to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade. He was a rifleman-sniper. "Andriy was brave and courageous, always supported and helped in difficult life situations. He was an older brother, an example and a support for the family," said his brother Viktor. The warrior was buried in his hometown. Andriy is survived by his parents and two brothers.
