- Soldier Andriy Lyubchuk died on October 30, 2023 while carrying out a combat mission near the settlement of New York in the Donetsk region. The defender is now forever 31 years old. Andriy lived in the village of Kachyn in Volyn. He mastered the profession of painter-plasterer at the Kamin-Kashyrskyi Vocational School. He worked mostly abroad. He loved nature, so he often went fishing or just relaxed in the fresh air. In his free time, he also engaged in crafting - he could repair any item. He cherished his family and friends, for whom he always found time and support. In July 2022, the man joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and stood up to defend the Motherland from the occupiers. Andriy served in the ranks of the 46th separate rifle battalion of the 24th separate mechanized brigade named after King Danylo. He was a medic. For over a year, together with his comrades-in-arms, he fought in the hottest spots of the front, in particular in the village of Bakhmutske. "Every morning we wake up thanks to those who give their lives every day for Ukraine and our freedom! He also wanted to live, wanted to love, wanted to smile, to rest with friends. He wanted a family, to raise his children, a peaceful and free life," wrote his niece Anna Zrum. Andriy was buried in the village of Kachyn. He is survived by his father, sisters and nephews.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
