Andrii V. Rudin

Rudin Andriy Valentynovych was born in 1981 in the village of Voloshky, Kovel district, Volyn region. After finishing school, he lived in his native village and engaged in household activities. With the start of the war in Eastern Ukraine in 2014, he voluntarily joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine and was at the frontline. At the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he was one of the first to go to the front. He served in the 14th separate Volyn mechanized brigade named after Prince Roman the Great. He was killed on March 21, 2022, during an enemy shelling near the village of Mykhaylo-Laryne, Vitovsky district, Mykolaiv region. The fallen warrior was bid farewell on April 16, 2022, in his native village.
