Andrii Ye. Savelo

Andrii Yevhenovych Savelo was born in 2000 in the city of Marhanets, Dnipropetrovsk region. He held the position of driver of the airborne assault section of the airborne assault platoon of the airborne assault company of the 36th Marine Brigade. He was killed on March 18, 2022, during the defense of the city of Mariupol in the Donetsk region. For personal courage and selfless actions demonstrated in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as loyalty to the military oath, Andrii Yevhenovych Savelo was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage III class.
