- Senior soldier Anton Borisov (call sign Google) was killed on June 3, 2024 during the performance of a combat mission near the village of Sokil in the Donetsk region as a result of enemy mortar shelling. The defender was 30 years old. Anton was born in the city of Makinsk (Kazakhstan). From childhood he lived with his family in the village of Rozsosha in the Khmilnytskyi region. He received secondary education. He worked on construction sites in Ukraine and abroad. He was a professional repair worker, did repair work on order, and sometimes worked as a taxi driver. He participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation in 2014. On February 28, 2022, the man joined the ranks of the volunteer formation "Balu" and began defending Ukraine from Russian invaders. In May, he became a senior shooter in military unit A4043, and in September he was transferred to military unit A4123 as an intelligence officer. He underwent training in Odesa and the Lviv region. He then continued to fight near the settlement of Veselie in the Kharkiv region. He was wounded, and after treatment, he returned to the ranks. In May 2024, he was transferred to the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade "Magura", where he took the position of reconnaissance platoon reconnaissance squad. "Anton was a courageous warrior, always helping everyone, finding a way out of any situation. His energy and perseverance always united the team. He was sincere, frank, friendly, a reliable friend, comrade and brother, a beloved husband, the best father and brother. We are proud of our defender, his courage and strength of spirit," said the warrior's sister Lyubov. The defender was buried on the Alley of Heroes in Khmilnytskyi.
