- Marine Anton Pustovit (call sign Henry) was killed on June 19, 2023, while carrying out a combat mission near the village of Levadne in the Zaporizhia region. The defender did not live to see his 30th birthday by two months. Anton was from the city of Irpin in the Kyiv region. He had a legal education, but never shied away from work and tried to provide a decent future for his family. Together with his wife, he raised a daughter whom he called his "little princess". He always strived to protect his loved ones. He loved fishing, computer games, videos about inventions and human curiosities. During the full-scale Russian invasion, Anton took up arms to protect his family and country from the occupiers. He joined the ranks of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 501st separate battalion of the Marine Corps of the 36th Separate Motorized Brigade. He held the position of machine gunner in the fire support company. On May 23, 2023, he took the oath and received the right to wear the beret of a marine. And the following month he was killed. "My Beloved (we never called each other by name) was the kindest, bravest, and most loyal. The best dad in the world, he did everything for the smile of our daughter. The most perfect and romantic man who did everything to make our marriage the happiest, full of love and care for each other. The kindest son and brother, he was always ready to help, supported and valued his family. The bravest defender who volunteered from the beginning of the full-scale invasion with the words: 'We are alive here, we have food and drink only thanks to the guys who are standing there. I can't sit while they are defending. I also want to protect my family, do everything so that my relatives live.' Being at the forefront, he said that his comrades-in-arms were his second family and he would go to each of them even in the middle of the night if help was needed. The marine's motto 'Always Faithful' is truly about my Beloved..." - said Inna Pustovit. The sailor was buried in the Alley of Heroes of the Irpin City Cemetery. At home, Anton was awaited by his parents, wife and daughter, who was 3 years old at the time of his death, relatives, friends and comrades-in-arms.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
