Anton S. Valieiev (Kapchonyi)

28-year-old fighter Anton Valeev (call sign "Smoked) was killed on May 20, 2023 near the village of Hryhorivka in the Donetsk region. While carrying out a combat mission, he covered his comrades during enemy shelling. Anton was born in the city of Znamianka, Kirovohrad region. He graduated from the Znamianka Vocational Lyceum. He lived in the village of Subotsi. He worked as an electrician at an internet provider company. He played volleyball. During the full-scale war, the man fought for his native country in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 56th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade. He held the position of senior driver. "It is impossible to describe our pain in words... You will forever remain in our memory as a cheerful, kind, super-positive, the soul of the company. There are no more like you. We are grateful to you for being in our lives. Forever in the heart, forever in thoughts, light clouds to you, our little sun. We love and miss you infinitely..." - wrote the friends and godparents of the fallen. The defender was buried in the village of Subotsi, Kirovohrad region. Anton is survived by his parents, sisters, wife, son, other relatives and many friends.
