Anton V. Alienichev (Strateh)

35-year-old Anton Aleynichev (call sign Strateg) was killed on June 12 under Izyum in the Kharkiv region. The defender received fatal shrapnel wounds during a mortar shelling. Anton was born and lived his whole life in the city of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region. He worked at the Kryvyi Rih Locomotive Depot. He went from being a locksmith for repairing rolling stock to an electric locomotive driver. He was valued for his high professional skill. In 2014, Anton went to defend Ukraine in the area of the ATO. In 2015, he received the medal "Defender of the Fatherland". After demobilization, he returned to his previous job. The man raised children and planned for the future. However, a full-scale invasion began. Anton took up arms again and returned to the front. This time for the last time. "I have not met such a reliable, honest and kind person in my life. He could always be relied upon in any situation. He will forever remain in my heart," said Darina Kalyuzhna, Anton's kum and best friend. "The good, bright memory of the defender will forever remain in our memory, in the memory of relatives, friends, colleagues and all who knew him, loved and respected him. Thank you, friend, for everything! I believe that this huge loss is for the sake of peace and tranquility in Ukraine," said colleague Anatoly Kuleshov. Anton was buried in the Alley of Heroes of the Central Cemetery in the city of Kryvyi Rih. Anton left behind his mother, two brothers, a sister, a wife, and three children.
