      Killed in action on December 19, 2017, around 8:00 as a result of an explosion from a tripwire explosive device during reconnaissance in the area of the town of Verkhnotoretske in the Yasynuvata district of Donetsk region.

      • Born on August 9, 1993, in the city of Druzhba, Yampil District, Sumy Region. In 2010, he graduated from the general education school in the city of Druzhba, Yampil District. From December 15, 2011, he served under contract in the 95th Separate Airborne Brigade of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0281, city of Zhytomyr). From May 21, 2014, to February 4, 2015, from March 10 to April 29, 2015, from April 26 to May 11, 2016, and from October 25, 2017, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On December 19, 2017, at about 08:00, Senior Soldier Hultsyo was killed by a mine-explosive injury sustained from an explosive device with a "tripwire" while performing a combat mission near the urban-type settlement of Verkhnotoretske, Yasynuvata District, Donetsk Region. Two other soldiers were injured. On December 21, 2017, he was buried at the Smolyan Military Cemetery in the city of Zhytomyr.
