Artem A. Sanin (As)

Senior soldier Artem Sanin (call sign AC) was killed on November 30, 2022 during an assault in the area of the Serebryansk forestry, near the town of Kreminna in the Luhansk region. The warrior was forever 33 years old. Artem was born in the city of Kharkiv. He studied at school No. 12. He loved sports and practiced taekwondo. He served in the Ukrainian Navy, where he held the position of a telegraph operator and received the rank of senior sailor. In civilian life, he worked as a builder and enjoyed doing good repairs. During the full-scale war, on July 26, 2022, the man became a fighter of the National Guard of Ukraine and went to the front. He served in the 5th separate Slobozhansky brigade. The defender was awarded the medal "For Valiant Service" and the Order of Courage of the III degree (posthumously). "My brother and I were one. He is 3 years older, but many thought we were twins. When Artem last called, I told him that I would die without him, because we are of the same blood..." - said Kateryna Sanina. The national guardsman was buried in the Alley of Heroes of cemetery No. 18 in Kharkiv. Artem is survived by his mother, sister, wife and daughter.
