- Lieutenant Artem Prymak (call sign Drevlyan) was killed on February 2, 2023 in the Chasiv Yar area of Donetsk region. While carrying out a combat mission, he sustained fatal injuries as a result of enemy artillery shelling. The officer was 21 years old. Artem was from the city of Korosten, Zhytomyr region. After finishing school, he chose the profession of a military officer. In 2018, he entered the Military Academy (Odesa) at the Faculty of Airborne Assault Troops. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the young officer joined the ranks of the 80th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He successfully carried out tasks to liberate the Kherson, Luhansk and Donetsk regions. In May 2022, he took the position of company commander. Despite the difficulties, he maintained the level of a commander, for which he was respected by his subordinates and comrades-in-arms. "I had the honor of serving with Artem. He was always cheerful and very diligent," said his comrade Andriy. Artem was buried in his hometown. At home, his mother was waiting for him. The officer was posthumously awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky III degree.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
