- 35-year-old soldier Artem Romanovskykh (call sign Rambo) was killed on June 5, 2023 near the village of Ivanivske in the Donetsk region. During the performance of a combat mission, he received fatal injuries as a result of enemy mortar shelling. Artem was born in Kharkiv. He graduated from the Kharkiv Higher Vocational School of Construction. He worked as a mason for most of his life. He lived in Kyiv. He was interested in a healthy lifestyle and psychology. He was a good painter. He was fond of weapons. He loved fishing. During the full-scale invasion, he became a fighter of the 112th separate brigade of the territorial defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was the gunner of the machine gun squad of the fire support platoon of the fire support company of the 129th battalion. "My husband was the best, there are very few such people in our time. He cared about everyone, had very high human values, great willpower and a lot of hope for victory," said his wife Olga. "Artem was a very kind, sensitive and at the same time courageous person, devoted to his family and his country," said his older sister Irina. Artem was buried at the Forest Cemetery in Kyiv. The defender left behind a mother, sister, brother, wife and a daughter who was born 3 months after the death of her father.
