      Artem Serhiyovych Karpov was born on July 20, 1989, in Makiivka, Donetsk Oblast. He served in the 12th Operational Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine. He was an operational duty officer. He died on March 20, 2022, in battles with Russian occupiers in Mariupol, Donetsk Oblast.
