Artem S. Solonar (Krasavchyk)

Paratrooper Artem Soloner (call sign Handsome) died on November 25, 2023 in battle with the enemy near the village of Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region. Exactly one month later, on December 25, the warrior would have turned 34 years old. Artem was from the city of Shpola in the Cherkasy region. He received a secondary education. He worked in various fields. He was interested in repair work. He was married and devoted his free time to his wife and children, whom he loved above all else. During the full-scale war, the man fought for his country as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 79th separate air assault brigade. He was a reconnaissance medic in the reconnaissance platoon. He fought in the Donetsk region. Together with his comrades-in-arms, he held the defense of Marinka and its outskirts. "My husband was very kind, cheerful. A loving father, a good husband and just a good person," said Maria Soloner. The warrior was buried in his hometown. At home, Artem was awaited by his parents, brother, wife and two daughters.
