Artem V. Dovhopolyi

Dovgopolyi Artem Valeriiovych was born on March 22, 1994 in the city of Konotop, Sumy region. He studied at Konotop School No. 7, and after completing 9 grades, he entered the Konotop Institute of Sumy State University, majoring in "Railway and Track Equipment". Later, he graduated from the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport. He wrote poems and was a member of the Konotop literary studio "Dzherela", a laureate of numerous competitions. After completing his studies and until February 13, 2022, he served in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine under a contract. With the start of the full-scale invasion, he joined the ranks of the 58th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade. He was killed on August 4, 2022 in the Donetsk region. He was buried on August 11, 2022 in Konotop. His parents survive him.
