      Killed in action on January 30, 2018, around 13:30 from a sniper's bullet while performing a combat mission in the area of the town of Talakivka, Mariupol City Council, Donetsk region.

      • Born on March 22, 1995, in the urban-type settlement of Hornostayivka, Hornostayivka District, Kherson Oblast. In 2012, he graduated from secondary school No. 2 of the urban-type settlement of Hornostayivka. From 2013 to 2015, he served in the military on conscription. Since March 3, 2016, he has been serving under contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He underwent training at the 198th Training Center of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A3163, Mykolaiv). He served as a sniper-reconnaissance soldier in the 503rd Separate Battalion of Marine Corps of the 36th Separate Marine Brigade of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1275). Since 2016, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On January 30, 2018, Senior Sailor Skupenko was killed by a sniper's bullet in the area of the urban-type settlement of Talakivka, Kalmius District, Mariupol, Donetsk Oblast. On February 1, 2018, he was buried in the cemetery of the urban-type settlement of Hornostayivka, Hornostayivka District, Kherson Oblast.
