      Died on July 18, 2015, as a result of an injury sustained the day before while on duty in a field camp of the unit near the village of Novohnativka in the Volnovakha district of Donetsk region.

      • Born on October 26, 1985, in the village of Huziyiv, Bolekhiv City Council, Ivano-Frankivsk region. Graduated from the boarding school in the city of Dolyna, Ivano-Frankivsk region. Worked abroad for earnings. In March 2015, mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a shooter in the 72nd Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2167 (field post V0849), city of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region). From spring-summer 2015, participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On the night of July 17 to 18, 2015, soldier Kulak was killed near the village of Novohnativka, Volnovakha district, Donetsk region. On July 24, 2015, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Huziyiv, Bolekhiv City Council, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
