Biography
In 2008, he graduated from the Lviv Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Ground Forces Academy with a degree in "Combat Employment and Command of Airborne Units." Arthur was deployed to the ATO zone in March 2014, when his unit was sent to the administrative border with Crimea annexed by Russia. He then fought near Sloviansk, Dyakove on the border with Russia, at Donetsk Airport, and in the village of Lohvynove near Debaltseve.Military service

Killed in action on May 14, 2015, in a traffic accident that occurred in Mykolaiv. In a prohibited area for movement, Arthur's vehicle collided with a cyclist — avoiding the collision, the serviceman veered into the oncoming lane, where he collided with a KAMAZ truck, resulting in the vehicle being thrown against a pole, and Arthur was killed in action on the spot.
