Bohdan I. Ivanchyshyn (Bob)

Soldier Bohdan Ivanchyshyn (call sign Bob) was killed on February 26, 2024 while carrying out a combat mission near the settlement of Bilohirivka in the Luhansk region. The warrior was 38 years old. Bohdan was born in the settlement of Zapytiv in the Lviv region. He obtained secondary specialized education at a railway vocational school. He worked at the "VEND" enterprise in the village of Staryi Yarychiv. He loved football. The man was called up for military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine on February 22, 2023. He served in the 81st Airmobile Brigade of the Airborne Assault Troops. He was a squad commander. "We will always remember you. You were always cheerful, sociable and full of life. We miss you very much. We grieve and love you," wrote the warrior's sister Mariana. The paratrooper was buried in the village of Tseperiv in the Lviv region. Bohdan is survived by his mother, sister and nephews.
