  Died on March 7, 2019, at 4:00 during surgery in a hospital in the city of Volnovakha, Donetsk region. A few hours earlier, Bohdan was injured while on duty at a platoon stronghold near the village of Bohdanivka, Donetsk region.

  Born on May 13, 1997, in the urban-type settlement of Shklo, Yavoriv District, Lviv Region. In 2014, he graduated from the general education school of the urban-type settlement of Shklo, Yavoriv District. Since 2014, he has been in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2018, he graduated from the Faculty of Combat Application of Troops of the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy (Lviv). Since 2018, he served in the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Transcarpathian Brigade of the Operational Command "West" of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1556, Mukachevo, Transcarpathian Region). He participated in the Joint Forces Operation in eastern Ukraine. On March 6, 2019, Lieutenant Sloboda was killed by a gunshot wound he received in the area of the city of Volnovakha, Donetsk Region. On March 9, 2019, he was buried in the cemetery of the urban-type settlement of Shklo, Yavoriv District.
