- Soldier Bohdan Bilohor (call sign Roy) died on November 8, 2022, while carrying out a combat mission near the village of Mala Seidemykha in the Kherson region. The life of the warrior was cut short by enemy mortar fire. The defender was 31 years old. Bohdan was born in the village of Medvyn in the Kyiv region. He studied at a local school until the 8th grade, then the family moved to the village of Vladyslavka in the Kyiv region, where the boy completed the 9th grade. Later, he obtained the profession of a driver-mechanic at the Bohuslav vocational and technical education center. After graduation, he signed a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine and served for three years. He got married and lived with his family in the village of Vukytycheve in the Kirovohrad region. He worked at the Mokro-Kalyhirsky dairy plant. He had a beehive and loved working with bees. In 2015-2016, he participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation in Donbas. During the full-scale invasion, he joined the ranks of defenders. He fought as part of the 100th battalion of the 61st separate mechanized Steppe Brigade. "In 2011, in Semypolky, Kyiv region, we met during his third year of service. His contract had ended, and I came to sign mine. I fell in love with the blue-eyed, always smiling handsome man, who dissuaded me from joining the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From our first meeting, he decided he would do everything to have me with him... and he did... as his wife. In December 2012, our firstborn Ruslan was born, and in 2021, our daughter Diana. My beloved husband participated in the ATO. From the first days of the full-scale invasion, he once again stood to defend Ukraine. He took up arms, even though he dreamed of sowing fields, engaging in beekeeping, planting an orchard, and above all, wanted to see our children grow up in a free and independent Ukraine. He was a good person, reliable, cheerful, and always smiling, a caring dad, a tender and loving husband. He had many plans, ideas, and dreams; he wanted to do so much more in this life... He didn't have time because the damned war took him away. You are the best man and dad, brother, son in the world. An example of courage, strength, resilience, and devotion. One of Ukraine's best sons. He went to defend his family and land. You did this at the cost of your own life. You are a hero. You are an angel in heaven. We will never forget," wrote the wife of the fallen warrior, Tetiana. Bohdan was buried in the village of Vukytycheve in the Kirovohrad region. At home, his parents, sister, wife, son, and daughter were waiting for him.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
