- Junior Lieutenant Bohdan Kopylovsky (call sign COP) was killed on May 19, 2024 in a shootout with the occupiers near the village of Stelmakhivka in the Luhansk region. The warrior remained forever 30 years old. Bohdan was a native of the village of Skovorodky in the Khmilnytskyi region. In childhood, he moved with his family to the city of Khmilnytskyi. There he studied at school. Then he graduated from the Khmilnytskyi Trade and Economic College with a degree in "Entrepreneurial Activity". He received his higher education at the Lviv Commercial Academy in the specialty "Hotel and Restaurant Business". He worked as a cook. He was passionate about football and IT technologies. He loved to relax in nature and fishing. With the start of the full-scale war, the man took up arms and stood up to defend his native country. He served in the 77th separate airmobile brigade of the airborne assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was a platoon commander. "What I admire most is that he was a good and fair person, as well as the best brother who could always advise, teach and lend a helping hand. We miss you, Bodka," wrote the deceased's younger brother Dmytro. The officer was buried in the Alley of Glory of the Rakove microdistrict cemetery in Khmilnytskyi. Bohdan is survived by his parents Volodymyr Kazymyrovych and Valentyna Illivna, and brothers Dmytro and Andrii.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
