Borys B. Savitskyi (Savik)

Savitskyi Boris Borysovych was born on July 7, 1990, in the city of Shepetivka, Khmilnytskyi Oblast. In 2008, he graduated from the Higher Interregional Vocational School of Railway Transport in the city of Kozeatin. From 2008 to 2012, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2012, after being discharged from service, he worked on the railway. In August 2014, he participated in the battles for the village of Stepanivka. After demobilization, he worked on the railway. Since 2022, he has been a staff sergeant and commander of the reconnaissance platoon of the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade. He was killed on July 13, 2022, near the village of Mykolaivka, Kherson Oblast. He was buried in Shepetivka on July 16, 2022.
