Daniil Yu. Ihnatov

Fighter Daniil Ignatov was killed in action on June 17, 2022, in a battle with the occupiers near the village of Dolyna in Donetsk region. The defender was 23 years old. Daniil was from the village of Mykolayivka-on-Dnipro in Dnipropetrovsk region. He graduated from a machine-building college. He worked in the field of trade. He was interested in fist fighting and history. In 2019, Daniil went into military service under a contract to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. With the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, he continued to perform combat tasks on the front line. He sincerely believed in victory over the occupiers. Daniil was a real friend and a brave man. Very communicative, sincere and brave, - said a friend and colleague of the deceased. Daniil Ignatov is a young, beautiful, stout, real Ukrainian warrior. He lived, stu, loved, dreamed ... In 2019, he went to defend his native Ukraine. He had injuries, but asked to be released from the hospital earlier, saying that his friends-brothers were defending their native land and he needed to be with them. That's how it happened this time. On June 17, in another battle in Donetsk region, having received injuries, Daniil said that he would wait and help send other wounded, and he would go last. But it was not destined ... At the age of 23, Daniil was extremely brave, wise, sincere, honest. He did not have time to give his mother grandchildren, he did not do many things ... But he managed to give his life for all of us, for his Motherland, - wrote his fellow countrywoman Lyudmyla Kulyk. Hero, Warrior, Defender, a brave son of his Nenka-Motherland. He was a real patriot of Ukraine, an unbreakable Warrior who defended its sovereignty, giving the dearest - his own life, for the free future of each of us. Heroes do not die! They become Angels and help from Eternity! Eternal glory, memory and honor to the Hero!, - noted in the Solonyanska settlement council. The warrior was buried in his native village. Daniil left behind his mother and grandmother.
