- Soldier Danylo Kozinchuk (call sign Kazima) was killed on September 20, 2023, in the Serebryansk forestry area, near the town of Kreminna in the Luhansk region. During the performance of a combat mission, he came under mortar fire and suffered explosive injuries to the head, chest, and right arm, incompatible with life. In November, he would have turned 23 years old. Danylo was from the city of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region. He graduated from the Kryvyi Rih Construction College with a degree in "Construction and Civil Engineering". He then served his military service, which he was discharged from in 2021. Before the full-scale war, he worked as a loader in the economic activity service at Rudomaine LLC. He loved sports and jokes. He had many friends. He is remembered as a bright, always smiling and cheerful person. From the first days of the full-scale war, Danylo joined the ranks of volunteers and joined the Right Sector. In the summer of 2022, he held the position of a grenadier in the mechanized company of the 129th Kryvyi Rih separate brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces. He participated in the liberation of the Kherson region. In April 2023, he was transferred to the same position in the 12th brigade of the operational designation of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov". "He was an example of indomitability and strength of spirit. He dreamed of a strong, flourishing, independent country and unhesitatingly gave his young life for each of us. He will forever be 22..." - said the relatives of the fallen. The young "Azov" was buried in the cemetery in the village of Vilne, Dnipropetrovsk region. Danylo is survived by his mother, relatives, friends, colleagues, and comrades-in-arms.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
