- Danylo Serhiyovych Zinchenko was born on March 4, 1999, in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. The boy grew up in a family of believing parents and was a parishioner of the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Danylo initially studied at School No. 2 in the Central City District of Kryvyi Rih, and graduated from School No. 51 in the Saksahansky District of the city. He engaged in boxing from childhood and loved cars. After graduating from college, Danylo worked as a driver for two years at the "Vestashlyakhbud" enterprise in Kryvyi Rih. In 2019, he completed his mandatory military service, and in 2021, he signed a contract with the National Guard and served in military unit 3011, holding the position of commander of a mortar platoon in the operational assignment battalion. He received the rank of junior sergeant. On February 8, 2022, Danylo, as part of a company tactical group, was sent for rotation to Mariupol, where he encountered the full-scale invasion of Russian troops on February 24, 2022. According to Oleksandr, Danylo's older brother, they last had a normal conversation on the mobile phone on February 22. To all questions, Danylo replied: "We are holding on." On April 10, 2022, junior sergeant Danylo Zinchenko was killed by a bullet from an enemy sniper during the defense of Mariupol. On October 22, 2022, a solemn farewell took place for the defender. Danylo Zinchenko was buried in the section of honorary burials at the Vsebratske Cemetery in Kryvyi Rih. For personal courage and selflessness, junior sergeant Danylo Zinchenko was posthumously awarded the Order of "For Courage" III degree. On December 18, 2023, a memorial plaque in honor of the heroic graduate, junior sergeant Danylo Zinchenko, was ceremoniously unveiled on the facade of School No. 51.Memory Book of the MIA System
