Denys B. Labunskyi (Hrom)

Labunsky Denys Bohdanovych was born on October 29, 1993, in the Cherkasy region. He lived in Vinnytsia. He studied at school No. 16, and in the 7th grade he transferred to school No. 36. He attended the Children and Youth Sports School of the Vinnytsia Territorial Organization "Kolos". He worked abroad. With the beginning of the large-scale Russian invasion, he returned to Ukraine and voluntarily went to the front. He was a machine gunner in the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade. He participated in battles for the Donetsk region, Kyiv region, and Zaporizhia region. He was killed on November 24, 2022, in battles for Bakhmut in the Donetsk region. While covering his comrades, he received a fatal wound. He was buried in the Alley of Glory of the Sabariv Cemetery in Vinnytsia. He is survived by his parents, brother, and wife.
