Denys H. Popovych (Dendi)

Born on June 28, 1979, in the village of Morozivka, Baryshivka district, Kyiv region. Graduated from the local high school. Served in the internal troops in Zhytomyr region. After returning from the army, he entered the Kyiv University of Market Relations, where he obtained a degree in foreign economic activity management. During mobilization, he was called up to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From August 2 to September 14, 2014, he underwent retraining in the military unit in Vasylkiv and trained at the training ground in Zhytomyr. During the anti-terrorist operation, he was a grenade launcher in the 40th Tactical Aviation Brigade of the consolidated unit of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
