    • Biography

      In 2013, he graduated from the Hetman Petro Sahaidachny National Army Academy with a degree in "Management of Mechanized Troops Operations."

    • Military service

      Senior Lieutenant, Platoon leader
      15th separate mountain assault battalion (128th separate mountain assault brigade)
      Killed in action on February 18, 2015, during the redeployment of troops from the city of Debaltseve in the Donetsk region. The vehicle in which Denys was traveling hit a mine near the village of Kalynivka in the Bakhmut district of the Donetsk region and remained in the territory controlled by Russian militants.
